OUR VISION
The Constitution of Canada recognizes the importance of preserving and enhancing the multicultural heritage of Canadians. The iTaukei Cultural Society serves to:
To promote, preserve and enhance the iTaukei Culture and Heritage for iTaukei indigenous Fijians whilst educating, mentoring, encouraging and supporting members of our Fijian community within British Columbia
Look for opportunities to help relieve poverty through economic development opportunities in social, educational, and economic development opportunities. To establish stronger communities, healthier families, successful business operations, and training opportunities in a manner consistent with cultural and traditional values of the iTaukei
Represent indigenous Fijian peoples through community events by participating in local festivals, fairs, including our independence Day celebrations, workshops and programs, etc.

Promote Cultural exchange and build
relationships between the local First Nations Peoples and the local Polynesian peoples in BC
